Landlords could reduce their costs by 10% a year

I recently told you about a new disruptive web technology aimed at landlords and tenants. The company is called Movebubble and Movebubble’s plan is to kill of the rental agent by making everything available on line. I’m pleased to report that the company went live with it’s new website a month ago and that they have hit their primary targets already and more.

Why would you care? Well, if you started using Movebubble instead of your existing rental agent you would save 10% of your rental costs a year. That works out at a lot of money per landlord. I wonder what 10% of your rental income works out at. Even if you are not using a rental agent at the moment, and about half of all landlords don’t, you will still find that Movebubble can help you with your advertsing and help you avoid nasty and expensive voids. If you have Buy To Let properties coming up for rent you can advertise them on Movebubble for FREE.

It’s an audacious plan but it looks like they might just pull this off. Have a look at their web sitesite at

Keep an open mind – remember what we thought of Amazon and eBay when they started out? Movebubbble recently won an award for Top 5 most Innovative Start Up Companies. They have identified 16 million users in the UK, 164 million users in the US and 12 million in Australia.

This is a company to watch –  and it could increase your BTL profits over-night.
